Our Commitment to First Nations Communities

TSV (Third Space Ventures) Aboriginal Corporation is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation (ACCO) registered with the Office of the Registrar of Indigenous Corporations and certified with Supply Nation. As a Not-For-Profit entity, we are dedicated to empowering First Nations communities through culturally-grounded initiatives.

We bridge traditional knowledge with contemporary approaches to create meaningful change for both individuals and communities. Our work is built upon five interconnected pillars that guide everything we do:

Cultural Sovereignty & Leadership Development: We support authentic First Nations Leadership rooted in cultural values and knowledge. Through mentorship programs, leadership workshops, and cultural reformation initiatives, we empower community members to develop resilient leadership models that reflect their unique worldviews while effectively addressing contemporary challenges.

Knowledge Integration & Innovation: We create pathways where traditional First Nations wisdom and modern approaches converge. Our collaborative research partnerships, workshops, and community-led innovation projects develop hybrid solutions that respect cultural integrity while embracing positive change, ensuring organisations remain culturally grounded yet adaptable.

Community Empowerment & Skills Building: We build practical capabilities within communities through skills workshops, mentoring programs, and hands-on learning experiences. Our training focuses on leadership, community development, fundraising, project management, and business development, delivered through culturally appropriate frameworks that respect local protocols and learning styles.

Collaborative Project Development: We ensure community ownership through genuine partnerships that integrate traditional knowledge with contemporary approaches. Our co-design process involves extensive community consultation, culturally-informed project development, and community-led implementation to create sustainable, culturally-grounded solutions.

Truth-Telling & Relationship Building: We facilitate dialogue that addresses historical trauma while building trust between communities. Through cultural sharing circles, community storytelling, and cross-cultural exchanges, we create foundations for authentic reconciliation and collaborative action.

Cultural & Economic Sustainability: We develop models where cultural preservation and economic opportunity coexist harmoniously. Our initiatives support First Nations entrepreneurs, cultural tourism, art enterprises, and traditional resource management through business mentoring, marketing support, and culturally-appropriate economic frameworks.

Third Space Ventures prioritises work with First Nations people who are marginalised, including those from low socioeconomic backgrounds, and people living with disabilities. Our approach ensures communities maintain cultural integrity while achieving self-determination, creating sustainable pathways for community-led development and intergenerational knowledge transfer.
